Location was fabulous, and the checking in and out was super smooth. I like that there isn't any key to worry about (or possibly lose), although we did need to ensure our phones were charged because it wasn't an easy code to remember.
It was very clean and well stocked with items we needed, dishwasher tablets, seasonings for cooking, tea coffee, shower gel toilet roll etc. and Ice which was a bonus!
The Ensuite room was really lovely, comfy bed, clean crisp sheets and really nicely decorated.
Effectively the "lounge" was on the first floor and because we were using it as a second bedroom with the pull out bed, it mean there was no comfy sitting area where we could chill. The main communal area is simply a dining table and chairs, which is fine in theory but really could have done with a little 2 seater comfy place to have our morning coffee that wasn't someone's bedroom.
However, my main gripe was that the ensuite shower would not work a all. There was no instructions but also the dials on the shower just would not move at all. So we both had to use the main bathroom which was ok but not the experience we had hoped we had booked. If a place is advertised with an en suite you really want all of the facilities to be working.

There is no second bed, its a sofa bed that you need to make up yourself and is very cramped into an already small room. The 2nd bedroom photo is misleading I think.
