The location is excellent. Bus stop and taxi rank just outside the flat and you are on Western Road which has numerous shops and restaurants. Some nice touches such as L’Occitane toiletries. Linen and towels fresh and clean
Although the property is superficially clean, it feels a bit grubby. The fridge needs replacing, washing machine is rusted, cutlery standing in glasses which are dirty at the bottom.

Location fabulous- just off Hove High Street and easy walk into Brighton and seafront also right near bus routes.
Access to plug sockets in bedroom poor and bedside lights didn't work

Fabulous location, near restaurants and the beachfront, and yet very quiet. Very comfortable beds and everything you need in a kitchen. Cannot fault it.
If there were noisy people in the floor above , it would have been annoying. It wasn't too bad for us.

The apartment is in a great location and having a parking permit was of a great help.
the beds in 2nd bedroom uncomfortable, duvet covers old and ripped in many places. We couldn’t open bedroom window for ventilation, so the room was quite stuffy during the night.
