The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and a sitting room with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear decked area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 1.9 miles, and Fewston Reservoir in 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Washburn Lodge is a wonderful base, perfect for discovering the delights of North Yorkshire. Note: The property is located on a working farm, at the end of the owner's drive, who owns both a kennels and cattery. Note: The owners offer tours on the farm, to meet the resident cows, sheep, and donkeys. Please note: Parking is only permitted in the designated parking area.
