Lovely hotel and lovely staff I cannot fault the staff,, I stayed in a room and it was very hot ,there as fan but it was very noisy, rooms were close together which I asked for because my dad has dementia, lovely breakfast
My only problem was the room was roasting

We have stayed on many occasions
Our room faced a wall and was very dated. Missing pictures on the wall and wallpaper coming off the ceiling

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. This is my second visit and I will stay here again on my next trip to Harrogate. I was travelling alone but felt very relaxed.
