Lovely victorien building,nicely decorated design
Fan didn't work in bathroom,noisy radiator,had to run the water for a long time to have a shower, before it got warm.

Historic, spacious rooms, great staff and super location
The lift wasn’t working which was tiresome but we managed and it will be the icing on the cake once installed.

Breakfast was very good and my daughter enjoyed the same.
Room was on 1st floor which is not accessible by lift.
room was very small, provided only one chair when we are two. one person need to sit on bed.
bathroom is too small and toilet set are such congested it was challenge to sit for toilet when you have 1-2 mm space on left side.
