Burwyns consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with a range-style cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for sixteen guests, utility with washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and a snug with Smart TV and a sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of three doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor double with en-suite cloakroom and a family room with a double and a sofa bed, balcony with furniture and an en-suite bathroom, along with a ground-floor bathroom and sauna. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with decking and lawn with furniture, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Burwyns is a charming base for your next getaway on the Isle of Wight.
