Let yourselves into this single-storey hideaway to discover accommodation that is filled with natural light. Step inside and turn right to find yourselves in the lovely lounge, where you can open the door to the garden to bring in the sunshine and better appreciate the views. Gather in here to play holiday games, watch the TV together and simply relax over a cup of tea after a busy day out. Beyond the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to help you cook up delicious dishes for your family and friends with the Isle of Wight produce you have come across on your many excursions. This airy cottage also has a dedicated dining room, where you can enjoy your special and celebratory meals in style. When you are ready to retire for the night, take yourselves off to the other end of the cottage. Here, a corridor leads to the family bathroom and all your bedrooms. There are two inviting king-size bedrooms, one of which has the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and there’s a bunk bedroom that will be perfect for the children.
Step out into the sunshine of your enclosed south-west-facing garden as often as the weather permits. Take in the wonderful scenery as you picnic at the table or cook on the BBQ. Take the little ones off to explore the farm with you. There is off-road, private parking with this property.

- Elec oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher

- Travel cot and highchair upon request (cot requires self assembly)

- Private garden with patio, outdoor furniture and BBQ
- Parking for 1 car (space for additional cars in the main yard or by the lakes)
- Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.5 miles, beach 4.5 miles
- 3 shared large play and garden areas, including a toddlers’ play area, sports ball pitch and rustic play equipment
- Access to animals and petting areas
- Complimentary fishing available at the lakes on site
