About this apartment rental
MINIMUM CHARGE is 14 nights (you can stay less), but as I try to offer the flat at the lowest possible price, and no frills, to help people out I have to fit it in around my work and daily/weekly changeovers are too much at the moment.
My EXTENDED STAYS (28, 60, 90 days) can be customised to fit your needs timewise and pricewise. Please be upfront and give as much detail as to your requirements when you message us - for instance a bargain no frills or extras arrangement, or any special needs etc. We love to be a good fit and can always try and tweak a deal for those willing to keep the price as low as possible for those who are self-sufficient. Or if you wish to add on extras, we can always hire extra help.
Ideally for summer 2026, we are looking for a short let of 3 or 4 months (happy to extend longer). We rent the property seasonally, so it is then long let over Winter months.

This is a bright, modern and contemporary 2-bedroom (both large doubles with fitted sliding wardrobes + deep gas-lift under bed storage) apartment sleeping 2 sharers (students) or 4 persons (same family).
The LOCATION:
The flat is situated in West Street - a few minutes walk up the road is Brighton Station, down the road you have the Brighton beach (you are inbetween the two Piers), across the road is the main Churchill Square shopping centre. Also very close to The Lanes and the Royal Pavilion.
Everything is walkable and trains/buses/bikes readily available, so you don't need a car (parking space can be booked if needed)
The layout is on one level with direct lift access from car park ground floor level.
Straight inside the flat is a long entrance hall leading to:
