الموقع ممتاز قريب من البحر ومن المقاهي والمطاعم
والسكن فيها آمن ومريح جدا
متوفر كل شي كل شي وكانني في بيتي لم احتاج الى شراء اي شي غير المواد الغذائية فقط
كل شي متوفر بالشقة من غسالة صحون وغسالة ملابس وسخان وغلاية وجهاز التحميص والفرن وكل ما احتاج متوفر وبكميات مناسبة ومتوفرة ادوات التنظيف والمكنسة وطاولة الكي والمكواه كل شي متوفر وبجودة عالية
كذلك المناشف والمحارم والمفارش واكياس المخدات متوفرة بكميات كبيرة وكانت نظيفه ومرتبه
الصور تعطي انطباع بان المكان جديد ومحدث وبالواقع ان طاولة الطعام قديمة ومتهالكة وطول الوقت حذرة ان لاتوذي احد من ابنائي وكذلك الطاولات بالزوايا مكسورة

Beautiful flat, clean, spacious and sunny
The bed was very uncomfortable - a third of it felt like it was lower than the rest of the bed. Apart from that lovely flat - just need a new bed/mattress

It’s a good location, just in Hove, near supermarkets and restaurants and 15mins walk to town. The main open plan space was large with high ceilings and massive windows and the Georgian features were lovely.
The heating was inadequate during the cold snap we had when we were there. The heaters were too small, and the one in the bedroom made no difference to the freezing cold room (made worse because the room wasn’t completely enclosed and any heat generated went up and over through the gap by the ceiling).There was no extra heater provided and no blankets, hot water bottles or anything. We ended up finding a spare duvet in a kitchen cupboard and adding it to the bed (the duvet supplied on the bed was very light, more for summer). We were still too cold!
Key collection was difficult as instructions weren’t clear about which of several cupboards the keys were located in. A staff member helpfully popped over and sorted this for us, which we appreciated, but we had had unnecessary hassle on a very cold night and after a six hour drive.
The flat is furnished with a huge dining table (a bit unnecessary as it sleeps two/four if the sofa bed is used). The rest is IKEA sofas (two) including the sofa bed in the living area and two IKEA armchairs. All seemed a bit past their best and were covered (presumably to hide staining or wear) and weren’t very comfortable for any length of time. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, which was great because I cooked a couple of times, and the open plan space was nice and light.
The communal areas in the building are a bit grubby and there’s a huge damp stain on the ceiling outside the flat’s own front door. It all felt a bit like student accommodation, but being Brighton we paid Brighton prices. And as usual the parking was a NIGHTMARE and expensive unless you park a distance away, which we did.
The flat could be gorgeous and would be much better overall in warmer months, but some better quality furniture would help and extra heating, blankets etc as above. To be honest there were no extra touches, not even a bottle of wine or a couple of beers in the fridge. These things make a big difference for a small outlay.
