Rules & Good Neighbor Guidelines
Minimum Age Requirement (City of Palm Springs):
• The person making the reservation and signing the rental agreement (Responsible Person) must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Reservations by individuals under 25 will not be permitted and may be canceled. 
Occupancy & Parking:
• Maximum overnight occupancy: 8 guests.
• Maximum daytime occupancy: 12 people at any time, including visitors.
• Parking is limited to on-site spaces (4 vehicles max). 
Noise & Sound:
• No amplified music, outdoor speakers, or any sound-producing device (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) may be audible at the property line — inside or outside. 
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. 
• Be considerate of neighbors at all times. Excessive noise, yelling, or behavior that disturbs the residential neighborhood is prohibited. 
Pool & Outdoor Areas:
• Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. Guests assume all risk and liability for pool and spa use.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Playground and play areas are used at your own risk.
Pets & Animals:
• Pets are permitted, they must be controlled and cleaned up after. Pets cannot be left unattended. 
Prohibited Conduct:
• Smoking inside the home is prohibited.
• Commercial events or unauthorized parties are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
• Violations of these rules or of the city’s Vacation Rental Ordinance may result in citations, fines, or immediate eviction by the owner or city compliance staff. 
Safety & Compliance:
• Follow all posted safety instructions for the pool, spa, playground, and outdoor spaces.
• Guests must comply with all local laws and ordinances, including fire, noise, and health codes.
