You can enjoy the swinging terrace's hanging basket chairs, enjoy quality tunes on the Sonos speakers throughout this Spanish Hacienda Villa Take midnight dips in the neon-lit pool and adjoining Spa. 5 min to dwntwn Ruth Hardy Park, Permit 429.
The Movie Colony Villa has all that you and your guests could expect and need from a Fabulous Vacation Rental, This home is meant for Large Groups , Couples Retreats, Bachelorette weekends or a simple getaway with loved o The Movie Colony Villa has all that you and your guests could expect and need from a Fabulous Vacation Rental, This home is meant for Large Groups , Couples Retreats, Bachelorette weekends or a simple getaway with loved ones. The Home has 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms! of the 5 Bedrooms, 3 are Masters with En Suite Master Baths. Bedroom 4 has 2 Double Beds and the 5th Bedroom has a Plush Queen Bed and shares Bathroom 4. There is an additional pull out couch in The Den. Making for a total of 7 Beds. The Kitchen has it all, coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, wine rack, dishes, Vita-mix, utensils. The home has SONOS speakers in all the living spaces. All the TVs in the home are smart with Netflix, Amazon and you have full Direct TV Line up including HBO, Showtime & ESPN. The Living Room has Apple TV and a fire stick. You also have a BBQ with 2 propane tanks. All of the bathrooms have plenty of towels extra sheets and bedding in all the closets. POOL Caddy With Plus Towels. The home is completely gated for ultimate privacy.

Set in the neighborhood where the stars made the desert their playground, this property is steps from the famous Robolights and Frank Sinatra's Twin Palms Estate. Access downtown, the casino, Palm Canyon Drive, and the Convention Center in minutes.
Waking up in Sunny Palm Springs and taking a hike and walk is a must, we are 2 blocks from Ruth Hardy Park with Public tennis Courts , steps form Frank Sinatra's Twin Palms Estate, and Bob hopes home.
Some additional items to note:
1. The use of the jacuzzi heat is included in your stay, if you would like to have the pool heated it will be an additional $150 per day.
2. Palm Springs is very strict with outdoor noise. If any noise complaints come from neighbors the city will dispatch vacation rental ordinance officers to th home and you will be fined 500 dollars, there is no warning ! This is your warning.
3. There are no parties or events allowed unless proper permits are requested through the city of Palm Springs.
4. No garage accessible
