Welcome to Eichler Palms! 5 STAR Premier Host property! Family friendly or poolside relaxation - we've got you covered! This architecturally significant estate is newly built (2018) but based on Eichler's 1950's flat roof design from Ansen & Allen with interior design by an HGTV designer! It gives you the iconic mid-century experience with luxury modern amenities! 5BR (including a master suite & jr. suite), 3BA, 2,500sf + 500 sf open air atrium (3,000 sqft total!), heated oversized saltwater pool w/ tanning shelf & spa, outdoor shower, sunken fire pit + multiple outdoor seating areas. It's truly indoor & outdoor living at it's finest! All capped off by a STUNNING 180 degree mountain view for gorgeous sunrises and glowing sunsets!
Luxury kitchen w/ modern appliances, handmade tile, high-end finishes & oversized island with seating make this the perfect space for cooking... or take-out if that's more your style! And believe us, there is so much good take out with in a mile radius or walk to some of the city's coolest places! We are walkable to amazing restaurants & bars like Del Ray, Bar Cecil, Ace Hotel/Kings Highway, Mr Lyons, Seymour's, El Mirasol, Koffi Coffee Shop, Kream Ice Cream Shop, etc.
We've tried our hardest to create a fun, colorful vacation rental, while also thinking of real life living. Comfy seating areas for movie nights or conversation, TV's in every room, luxury bedding & quality furniture.
This home was featured as a Modernism Week show home & social house with furniture by Room & Board & fully motorized shades by Hunter Douglas. All 5 bedrooms are individually climate controlled, feature TV's & have sliding door access to the outside with patios & path to the pool.
Eichler Palms is completely set with a family in mind, but it's all hidden away so the bachelor or bachelorette group aren't bothered with kid stuff. We've thought of it all! Hidden away in closets are all the things you need to bring the littles or pets along, since we know they're #1 when it comes to traveling!
Getting around: Many places are walkable, Uber and Lyft are available, and the Palm Springs Buzz trolly service stops at the end of the block every 20 minutes from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays!

- Noise from property must not exceed 40 decibels at the neighboring property line after 10PM
- No more than 5 cars can be parked on or in front of the property during your stay.
- All Guests Must Sign Statement of Rules and Regulations Provided by City.
- Good Neighbor Brochure Must Be Signed by Primary Occupant.
- Signed copies of Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighborhood Brochure must be posted on the inside of the front door and the primary door to the backyard, or in a conspicuous location near each such door.
- Trash should not be stored in the public view, except on pick up days.
- All persons must be of at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents or legally authorized supervising adult.
- Daily occupancy can not exceed 14 people total.

The house is beautiful and the host was great, but the ordinance banning all music outside at all hours (or risk eviction) makes this neighborhood pretty joyless.

The most gorgeous home with the most beautiful pool and full amenities. From pool towels to a fully stocked kitchen — everything you need to have a relaxing vacation is at your finger tips. The location is also incredibly convenient. We can’t wait to stay here again and again.

My family and I stood at this beautiful home to have a little R & R and celebrate my Mom's 71st birthday! We had an amazing time staying in this home. Close to everything you need.Marshall was an excellent concierge checking in and checking out was so easy and he was so sweet. The only thing we did not care for is that you can not play any music outside. I highly recommend this home. Thank you for the great memories!
