The West Side Residence of our Lodge is an all new architectural style apartment on two floors: full kitchen, living area, half bathroom and queen sized sofa bed on the upper and spacious master bedroom and neighboring bathroom on the lower. Both levels have high ceilings, large floating decks with 270 degree panoramic views. The lifted elevation affords a panoramic view to the north and east with vista from dolly dock pier harbor to our private deck situated on the tip of the point bluff. The lodge has private entrance and electric fireplace and TV on both levels. Ample windows provide views of the ocean and harbor from every vantage point. The unit is appointed in high end appliances and fixtures.

All guests have total access to The Point grass area and deck at the very end of the property, that sits 100 ft above the water..

The Point studio is located within walking distance to the best and most popular restaurants, and rental shops for biking and kayaking. Surf boards, sail boards are also available.
Walking and biking are the easiest ways to get around, since everything is very close to the Point. For other attractions, biking and by car are the easiest ways to get around. There is a local taxi service.
Guests are wishing walking distance of the best restaurants in town. Kayak and bike rental shops are also wishing walking distance and you are one block from tree spectacular Hawthorne Gallery.
