Large windows and the open layout create a bright, airy feel while framing views of open pasture, grazing cattle, and the distant Wallowa Mountains.
This modern tiny home is designed to be both cozy and comfortable. The Creekside Suite features a queen bed with a heated mattress pad and relaxing views of the creek. The Cottonwood Room includes a twin bed with a heated mattress pad and its own private full bathroom, offering a comfortable space for an additional guest.
The home includes two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and bar seating where you can enjoy coffee while taking in the surrounding countryside. Heating and air conditioning in each room keep the space comfortable throughout the seasons.
Outside, there is plenty of parking for trucks, fishing boats, trailers, snowmobiles, and hunting gear, making the retreat a great basecamp for outdoor adventures.
The property is located just 3 miles from Clear Creek Sno-Park, providing access to over 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in the Wallowa Mountains. Scenic drives along Cornucopia Highway lead to the historic Cornucopia Lodge and the rustic cabins of the old mining ghost town, offering a unique glimpse into the area's past.
For guests traveling with additional gear or friends, the property also includes two RV hookups with power and water. There is also an option to add a No Boundaries camper, which provides extra sleeping space with one queen bed and two bunk beds.
