Cocoonr offers this 95 m² flat in Coutouvre to rent for up to 5 guests.
Situated on the ground floor of a house, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, steam cooker, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one single bed and one queen-size bed (160×200), south-facing
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200) that can be split into two beds (90x100), north-facing
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A north-facing terrace at the front of the property (approx. 12 m²) with furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy the warm weather.
The flat is ideally located in Coutouvre, in the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery.
Nearby, you'll find a grocery shop, a bar-restaurant and other village shops.
Activities :
- Hiking trails & small free-roaming animals on a hectare of land with a waterhole
- Hiking, mountain biking
- Visit to the Madonna de Coutouvre with its viewpoint 3km away
- Various events at the Scarabée in Riorges. Cabaret l'écrin à Bijou in Villerest. Cabaret L'égance in Renaison on the Roannaise coast, about 25 minutes away.
- The gîte is 15 minutes from the town of Roanne with all shops, and 20 minutes from the town of Charlieu (medieval town), also with all shops.

A car is essential for access to the accommodation. You can park directly in the private outdoor car park (5 spaces).

- Nearest train station: Roanne, about 22 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Lyon Saint-Exupéry, 1h40 by car
