This 75 m² single-story cottage features a living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, and three bedrooms. There is also a 12 m² covered terrace. Children can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor games (ping-pong table, swing set, trampoline, swimming pool, and various board games). Outside, sun loungers, a garden, and a swimming pool await you.
There is a short step to access the bedrooms. The property is largely enclosed. The cottage boasts a pleasant, private, enclosed, and wooded 1,000 m² garden (children's swing set with trampoline), and a charming and welcoming interior with colorful accents and wood. It enjoys a peaceful and secluded location with hiking trails and the village is 500 m away. In the summer, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool with the owners (open from approximately June to September).
