The living area features a comfortable sofa and armchairs arranged around the TV and electric fire, while double glass doors open directly onto your private patio, flooding the room with natural light. These charming sandstone cottages sit alongside The Grainary Restaurant and Bar, where you can enjoy hearty, home-cooked meals made with fresh, seasonal produce. The evening menu offers a wide range of dishes and tempting weekly specials, with options to suit all tastes, including children.
Families will love the on-site play area, recently updated and designed to entertain a range of ages. With a sandpit, slides, climbing frame and swings, younger guests can play while adults sit back and take in the surrounding views.
Cyclists are particularly well catered for, with The Grainary located right on the Tour de Yorkshire route. Whether you prefer road cycling or mountain biking, the surrounding area offers fantastic routes through the North York Moors. For walkers, there are 40 acres of private land to explore, from gentle strolls down to the lake to birdwatch, to more adventurous routes leading into Harwood Dale or Broxa Forest, both offering countless trails for all abilities.
