Rose Lodge is a detached property resting within the village of Shreiff Hutton. It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a double with an en-suite, a double and a twin. There is a bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room, with a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area offering views over the open countryside. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a large decked area and garden. Rose Lodge is a superb base in North Yorkshire.

Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven and hob, 4 slice toaster, kettle, generous supply of utensils and kitchen ware, Smart HD TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc in rent.
