This lovely semi-detached single-storey cottage near York sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Granary is a lovely single-storey cottage in the grounds of Swallow Hall Golf Club, just outside York. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, it sleeps four people comfortably. The cottage also has a bathroom, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. Outside, there is free use of a tennis court, and subsidised golf, as well as ample parking. The Granary is only a short drive from York, and makes a great base for touring the area. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Front lawned garden and patio with furniture. golf available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Perfect base for exploring York park and ride for York city centre 10 mins away at designer outlet and just an hour away from Whitby. Very quiet area just off a golf course. Cottage was very clean on arrival slightly confusing directions to get there and park but once you reach the golf course they make perfect sense. Owner very friendly teabags milk and cake waiting for Us on arrival

Peggy and Rod were fantastic hosts so kind and caring. The property was cleaned extremely well and we had added surprise of a homemade cake waiting for us in the fridge which was magnificent! The property is about a 20min drive into York centre but theres a local village just a mile's walk with pub and shops etc BP garage with Spar is about 10min drive if that. Really lovely time, and we will return!
