An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other offers two single beds. Both bedrooms open onto private balconies furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing moments with countryside views.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a spacious private area with a pergola-covered dining space, ideal for al fresco meals. The 30 sqm private swimming pool is surrounded by a landscaped garden within a fully fenced 515 sqm plot, offering privacy and safety.
