About this house rental
Three bedroom one bathroom house is a 10 minute walk to Bidwell park, a hop on the freeway, and about a mile from downtown!
Enjoy the backyard patio while you sip your coffee. If a close swimming pool interest you, then walk next door and swim. The Overpass divides both houses, it will still feel like you have your own privacy where you will be staying.
You can also walk down to the One Mile Recreation Pool from the house. Free to the public.
Pool is closed for the fall, winter, and part of spring.
POOL (next door) LOCATION:
Pool is located at (will return May 2023), walking distance. Go under the over pass, yellow house to the left. Go to the backyard, can't miss it. Swimming pool is open: May-September.
Nice neighborhood, low to no crime index, people are out walking, jogging, riding their bikes as couples or as a family. Bidwell park is close by about an 8 minute walk from the house.

You have plenty of parking space, such as an RV, a boat, two-three car space in drive way and street parking for up to ten cars. No cars are parked on each side of the street for the most part its always empty.
Camaras are located in the drive way, door entrance, patio and back yard. No cameras inside home. Camaras are for the safety of guests.

The place is clean and the hosts are great. It was fine for us but the only bathroom is between the two front bedrooms. If you’re in the back room and you have to pee at night you have to go into someone else’s room. It wasn’t a problem for us but depending on who you’re staying with it could be awkward. We had a great stay and they let our kids who live in Chico come for a pool day which was so great!
