About this house rental
Beautifully restored Chico charmer built in1880 with high ceilings, hardwood floors, a relaxing front porch and private backyard with a gazebo, patio, and outdoor seating. This charming home has a newly renovated bathroom, three bedrooms, a nice, modern kitchen and dining room. Read a book on the spacious window seat in the living room. The house has comfortable beds and high thread count bedding. It is a five minute walk to Bidwell Park, downtown cafes, bars, City Plaza, and the Thursday night and Saturday morning Farmer's Markets. Walk the charming neighborhood to Chico's famous Shubert's ice cream shop or walk in Bidwell Park. Enjoy eating oranges from the two mature orange trees or make your own delicious fresh squeezed orange juice.

This property is wonderful. Annie has coffee, tea, oatmeal, bars and a few other snacks to grab in the kitchen. It is very clean. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here the next time!

Very clean home. The air conditioning was quite welcome. We appreciated the roomy lay out of the home and the three full bedrooms, making this a nice, non-cramped stay for our family. Some of the beds are not the most comfortable, but this was a small inconvenience.

Beautiful home and so typical Chico! Air conditioning took awhile to figure out but that was why we had our high schooler with us! Clean and cozy and so close to downtown!
