About this house rental

This is an excellent newly renovated 1947 Chico house in the Avenues. There are new Sealy posturpedic mattresses in every bedroom (1 king, 2 queens). There is a 75" TV with Apple TV, soundbar, and subwoofer in the living room. There is a large desk and rolling chair in one of the bedrooms that can be used as a workspace. Great location for any one needing to be close to Chico State for an event or athletics. This property meet all the families needs as we attend two soccer matches and celebrated a senior weekend with our daughter.

The home was very clean and perfect for my family of 3. The home was easy to find with it's cute red door and the host was very attentive. Even the neighbor was friendly and offer my kids fruit off of her fruit tree.
