With 3 good size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one that's a Jack & Jill), comfortable living room, spacious dining room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and a large backyard area with fire pit and BBQ... you can enjoy all Chico has to offer or stay in and enjoy TV and fast wifi speeds.

Easy, fast communication with the owners! Amazing location: we walked to the Saturday farmers market, playgrounds, and the campus. Free parking.
