Beautiful updated classic Chico charmer on the main level, only 2 blocks from Bidwell Park and 5 blocks from downtown. The house has been recently transformed into a light and bright space with all the necessities to make a short or long stay comfortable, while maintaining the 1940's charm.
With 3 good size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one that's a Jack & Jill), comfortable living room, spacious dining room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and a large backyard area with fire pit and BBQ... you can enjoy all Chico has to offer or stay in and enjoy TV and fast wifi speeds.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Would definitely recommend. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Host was very communicative when we couldn’t figure out how to use the heater. We had a lovely stay, would definitely book again.

Really nice place for the price, perfect for just a small group to have a really lovely time. Only problem we had all weekend was with the AC units not being able to heat up. Really nice hosts and very prompt responses. Would 100% stay agaim
