Spanning 123 square metres, this three-bedroom residence is designed as a refined retreat for families and small groups seeking a serene escape. The open-plan living space includes a welcoming lounge with a working fireplace, comfortable sofas, and an HDTV, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with quality appliances and everyday essentials. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, share a family bathroom on the ground floor, while the master bedroom occupies the upper level with its own en-suite bathroom and a generous 65-square-metre veranda that frames enchanting views across the oak forest, the Cretan Sea, and the city of Rethymno in the distance.
The dining area opens directly onto the private pool terrace, where vibrant flowers, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue create the perfect setting for relaxed days in the sun and tranquil evenings overlooking the landscape. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout, and all bedrooms feature individual air-conditioning units. Villa Thysa shares a gated entrance with the complex and benefits from its own private parking area.
There are no resident staff on-site, but housekeeping services can usually be arranged locally upon request for an additional charge.
