ILIAS maisonette is situated in Perivolia, just 3km away from the city centre of Chania. From the upper floor large terrace with sun beds and parasol, it has unobstructed views to the sea and the mountains 360°. From the low floor balcony which is also equipped with sofa, table and chairs, you can see the sea and the mountains plus olive groves and orange groves. Perivolia took its name because of the many fruit gardens in the area.
The modern maisonette of 152sqm is comfortable with 1 bedroom on the upper floor plus terrace equipped and 2 bedrooms and living/dining area, on the lower floor.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 A/C, flat screenTV, a laundry machine and a bathroom with free toiletries. The yard is full of various trees and flowers, plus free parking and a sitting area for dinning. This villa set a really high bar for accommodations for the rest of our trip! You awake to the buzzing of cicadas, and you are removed from the hustle and bustle of being directly in town. The villa is located very conveniently, allowing us to visit many places near & far, with ease. The photos of this villa undersell the beautiful, spacious areas in and around the villa. The gated property and private parking area ensured security and convenience. And we loved the several cats who frequent the property.
