About this villa rental

ILIAS maisonette is situated in Perivolia, just 3km away from the city centre of Chania. From the upper floor large terrace with sun beds and parasol, it has unobstructed views to the sea and the mountains 360°. From the low floor balcony which is also equipped with sofa, table and chairs, you can see the sea and the mountains plus olive groves and orange groves. Perivolia took its name because of the many fruit gardens in the area.
The modern maisonette of 152sqm is comfortable with 1 bedroom on the upper floor plus terrace equipped and 2 bedrooms and living/dining area, on the lower floor.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 A/C, flat screenTV, a laundry machine and a bathroom with free toiletries. The yard is full of various trees and flowers, plus free parking and a sitting area for dinning. From the upper floor large terrace with sun beds and parasol, it has unobstructed views to the sea and the mountains 360°.
