The stone house is on a hill right in the middle of Dubrovnik, between the new Lapad and Gruz districts and the old town on the other side.
The terrace, which is partially roofed and has garden furniture, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying in in the shade of olive, lemon and pomegranate.
The comfortable holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The living and dining room has a dining table with chairs and an open kitchen, which is well-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and kettle. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. A TV with satellite reception and an air conditioning unit are also available.
The sea is only 150 metres away and the nearest beach around 300 metres away. It is 1.2km to the old town centre with its historical sights, a 20-minute walk away.
