We absolutely loved our stay at the Beachfront Dubrovnik Villa! It was perfectly situated away from the hustling busy area of old town and that is making it incredibly easy to get around Dubrovnik. We were able to walk to so many fantastic restaurants, from casual cafes to more upscale dining options, all was just a few minutes away. Best is that the local bus stop was right around the corner, which was an easy and convenient for trips into the Old Town and other parts of the city. The villa itself was comfortable and well-equipped with A/C yahoo but the real star was the location – it offered the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat and easy access to all the action. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!"

Location is great, nice house at walkway, 2 min from the Lapad beach. Parking nearby is free of charge this year. Comfortable for family of four, two nice bedrooms with double beds and sofa. Wifi connection is great. Kitchen is great equipped, with everything you need. There is also washing machine .
A noice from playground across the house is till 23h. Smell in bathroom of the old pipes.

This small house (lower unit of a sub-divided house) is a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants, which is great. The double-paned windows were appreciated as there is a very noisy fun park right outside the house that plays noisy kids' machines from 9/10am - after midnight. You can easily stay here without a car, which is nice, walking to the beach and boardwalk. Easy bus access to the old town, too.
The funpark takes away from the calm in the garden where we like to have our meals. The garden really needs some more love and plants. The kitchen really needs a dishwasher, and curtains as at night everyone can see straight in. There was a bright blue car parked on the lot which blocked the tree view of both bedrooms- quite unpleasant and should be moved. The floors were very dirty when we came in and I had to mop them as our feet were turning black :(
