The apartment is beautiful and very modern. We stayed for 4 nights, and it had everything we needed and more. 2x bathrooms, washing machine, clothes horse for drying clothes, iron & ironing board. The apartment has great air-conditioning in the bedroom and living/kitchen area, which is very easy to work and is instant. Great location from Sunset Beach and near to a lot of bars and restaurants. The owner also messaged during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about this apartment. However, there are a lot of steps up to the apartment from the beach and restaurants, but you can go a slightly longer way round, where there are no steps, just a gradual slope, for anyone considering this location.

Прекрасное расположение,не далеко от пляжа,просто спустится вниз по леснице. Там же возле пляжа есть множество кафе и ресторанов. Не далеко около 300м находится продуктовый магазин. Очень порадовал комплимент от хозяина,ввиде прохладных напитков в холодильнике, за что огромное спасибо. Было очень приятно и кофортно.

It was spacious and clean with new and nice materials. 2 restrooms with showers was great, kitchen was nice including everything needed and everything else was also so nice and working well! Also the nearest beach was close as well as the nearest grocery store. In addition the host/contact person was really nice, responsive and helpful giving us for example some good hints and tips for our stay!
The exterior/entrance area of the apartment was not so great or clean and it felt a bit like a backyard/entering to a cellar or something. But this was only a minor thing for us as otherwise everything was so nice and great!

Все було на вищому рівні. Дуже хороший власник. В квартирі було все що потрібно і навіть більше. По приїзду нас чекали круасани та печиво. В квартирі є 2 санвузли та 2 кондиціонери, що дуже зручно. Дуже близько до пляжу
