Great location and host

Very professional and friendly owner/manager who promptly gave us the keys when we arrived. Property was clean and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure, the toilet was powerful and rooms well-sized for what we paid. AC worked well and kept the room nice and cool. Just outside the front door was a small table we used for breakfast a couple mornings. Property had everything we needed.
As well as the AC worked, it did drip onto the bed. The pipes, boiler and toilet in the bathroom were all a little loud and made noise frequently. It was fine as someone who sleeps with earbuds but is worth noting. Lastly, property could be considered a little dated and rough around the edges, but it did ultimately have everything we needed facility-wise

Though the property requires some significant investment for its renovation, we loved the location. The apartment is only a few meters from the beach, bus stop, bakery and supermarket, as well as the promenade with restaurants, which makes it very easy especially with small children. The aircon worked really well and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the place was quiet and we enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch outside in the garden. The host also treated us with fresh fruit from their garden.
Firstly, we were a bit shocked since the property didn't look like on the photos. The facilities were old and old-fashioned. We also thought that the apartment had a private balcony, but the picture on booking.com was actually the space in the common garden, which we then used. Overall, the positive aspects like the locations, beds and the tranquility compensated for the negative aspects.
