Spacious and bright two bedroom apartment in central Hove, just minutes away from cafes. restaurants and shops. The property is ideal for couples or small families, whether you whether you are here for a short break or need a longer stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. For those warm and sunny days on the beach, a blanket along with beach parasol and large picnic bag is provided.

Contemporary living room with plush carpet and comfy corner sofa. Sony Bravia TV with Netflix, Prime, Spotify, YouTube, etc. High-quality Cambridge Audio amplifier and speakers.



The dining table seats four, and is positioned by the large windows which bring in lots of light all year round.

Bright comfortable bedroom with king size bed, bedside table with lamp, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

A single bedroom with a dedicated working space with Lenovo monitor with HDMI lead, wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse, and hi-fi so you can listen to music whilst you work- just bring your laptop.

Turn right for a 3–4 minute walk to the beach. Head left along the seafront for Hove Lawns, the iconic beach huts, and a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the i360 and Brighton seafront.

Or go right for Hove Lagoon, Fatboy Slim’s Big Beach Café, and gorgeous sunset views from Rockwater’s rooftop terrace.
