Very clean property with great facilities. Close to a train station so easy access to the city. Great property for what we needed 😊

The place is very clean, neat and self sufficient. All instructions were clear.
There was a fan as well which was needed as it was very hot when we were there.
There was a washer tumbler dryer which was very handy and would be very useful for family travelling with kids. There was also a cloth dryer to hang the clothes up.
Having a parking space was very handy too.
Ian emailed to check that I had managed to get the code to get in as I had tried numerous times emailing to try and get the code.
I downloaded the app and it did a countdown on to when I could check in. However, it took about 40mins before I managed to get through to someone to get the code via email. The code appeared in the app only later that night.
It would be helpful to have an option for a whatsapp number for those who do not have a UK number.
Mattresses are soft.
