The location was quite a way out of Brighton but on a good bus route.The house was really nice and well maintained and equipped and in a quiet location.
The house was very warm although we turned the thermostat down, we had to leave upstairs doors open at night to make it comfortable to sleep.

The location was great, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go and the parking was a big bonus. The property itself was nice and it was spotless when we arrived.
There were plenty of linen for all 6 of us who stayed. Most of the expected appliances were available. Netflix was also available, which kept us entertained in the evenings.
Overall, a great place to stay for the family.
There were a few issues:
1. The property had a microwave listed but wasn't provided. After discussing with the staff, there was a spare but it was being used by one of their other properties. This became difficult for our toddler and their milk bottle.
2. The air con system wasn't great. The temperature was regularly too hot and even with setting the temperature lower per room, this never really did anything regardless of the ac power setting. It was also quite loud.

Lovely property. Very good advert for heat pumps and eco heating.
Took us a while to find it but worth it.
