My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights. The house was spotless clean and well stocked with all gadgets and items needed. It was nice of them to also stock some toiletries/coffee/tea/condiments. We love the high ceilings and large open windows to watch the sunrise shine on Mount Baker. The hot tub, deck furniture, and fire pit were a great addition to our relaxing evenings. The home is well equipped with heat and air conditioning in every room and throughout the house. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the private beach access just a block away from the house. The island has a few hiking trails that were fun to explore and a small grocery store for items we forgot. Next time we come, we’ll come on a weekend to see the more popular restaurant and coffee.

We had a wonderful weekend at Heron's Landing on Lummi Island and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed to recharge. Getting to the property late on Friday night, we fell into a restful sleep and woke up to a beautiful view of the water.
The binder from the host had all the info about the house and the island as well as the coolest, most comfortable bar seats. The attention to detail was remarkable. We found a coffee truck just down the street where we had our morning latte, relaxed under the covered sitting area, and then took a nice walk down to the beach. We found the puzzles and books, turned on the electric fireplace, and settled in for a relaxing day. We finished the day with a couple of the best Smash Burgers we've ever had at the Beach Store Cafe followed by a dip in the hot tub where we enjoyed a drink while looking at the stars, enjoying the peace and quiet.
We were so thrilled to find this peaceful paradise just a couple hours north of Seattle and without a doubt will be returning in the future.

We had a great stay here! The cabin was actually quite a bit bigger than we expected. Here were some of the highlights.
The living room had amazing windows that overlooked a panoramic view of Mount Baker and the sounds (and lots of eagles).
The Kitchen was spacious and well stocked
The deck was large and had practical/comfortable dining furniture.
The bathrooms were spacious and well designed. There was also a massive walk in closet that worked great as a little “blackout “bedroom for our baby.
The bedrooms were large, especially the Master.
The beach was absolutely beautiful. The cove seemed to “bock the wind”. We had a great time going on long walks and kayaking here.
We will definitely go back again!

This is my favorite vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Lummi island is so quiet and peaceful, the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The house is brand new, and feels very clean, tidy. The hot tub is a great touch. We had views of Mt. Baker everyday. Only a 2 minute walk to a private beach. Heron’s Landing made our journey from NH well worth it!
