A fully equipped open kitchen directly overlooks a beautiful dining table and a cosy living room with air conditioning. The living room is lined with beautiful wooden beams typical of the region and radiates a warm, cosy atmosphere. The air conditioning is located in the upstairs hallway and spreads well into the bedrooms.Exterior: a small paradise for everyoneJust like inside, the outdoor space is comfortably furnished by making optimal use of the available space. Discover a beautiful heated private swimming pool open from 20/04 to 30/09 (6.5x3.5m, depth: 1.30m) with lighting, alarm and electric roller shutter. There is also a higher lounge area at the beginning of the swimming pool, ideal for small children! Around the swimming pool you can enjoy garden furniture: sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture, but especially the jacuzzi under the covered terrace. For your summer meals, a plancha is available. In the driveway at the front of the house, you can easily park your vehicles and even enjoy a game of petanque with your family or friends.Surroundings: discover the treasures of ProvenceNoves (4 km) is the ideal base for numerous attractions. Just a few kilometres away is Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (10 km) with its authentic charm and proclaimed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, while Les Baux-de-Provence (19 km), located on a rocky spur, offers a dive into medieval history and an unforgettable spectacle in the Carrières de Lumières. For a more cultural outing, go to Avignon (15 km), the city of the popes, with its majestic palace and famous bridge. Nature lovers can indulge themselves in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse (30 km) and the flamboyant ochre landscapes of Roussillon (40 km). In L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (25 km) you can enjoy the quiet life along the water, between antique markets and picturesque alleys.
