About this house rental
The exceptional location of this charming 18th century house allows it to offer all the advantages of the city on foot, without the slightest nuisance.
On the ground floor, the dining room, with very beautiful Provencal ceilings, is extended by the fitted kitchen (barrel vault). This space opens onto the garden through a large French window.
The first floor accommodates the living room (with fireplace), as well as a first bedroom with bathroom (14 m²), open overlooking the garden.
On the second floor, two bedrooms (11 m²) are pleasantly distributed by a guest lounge. Bathroom (Italian shower, basin and cabinet).
The 31 m² courtyard / garden is ideal for lounging and enjoying sunny days in Uzès.

We expected a clothes dryer due to the info on the VRBO listing. Not so, but just a small inconvenience to hang out (lay wet clothing outside on the pool furniture)

We loved our time in Uzes and the property was in the perfect location to access the town . Whilst the pool was freezing - and not as clean we would have liked ,it was marvellous when a heatwave struck during our visit. Perhaps needed a few instructions re the stove and tv but otherwise wonderful . Closest car parking is Q Gide …. We bought a multipass so we could explore the local area and always have a place to park . House really well equipped . Fun stay !

A lovely tradition townhome literally steps from the village with a bakery and small grocery only a minute walk away .
The village of Uzes is charming with lots of great restaurants and the magnificent Place Aux Herbes for Saturday markets and sitting enjoying a glass of wine and people watching .
The rental is extremely quiet at night and very comfortably appointed . Herve was most professional to deal with .

The p dry operty is very attractive and well situated. The property manager was very attentive and professional. On the down side (1) no air conditioning do really hot as lol the time (2) the Wi-Fi only works in a couple of rooms (2) the tv never worked (4)the plunge pool is not heated and was always too cold to get in
