Maison Laurier is a recently renovated, luxury 18th century townhouse in the historic centre of Uzes 2 mins walk from the Place aux Herbes. Spacious & bright, with exposed stone & beamed ceilings, all 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The total floor space is 140m2. On the top floor there is a spectacular kitchen & dining area leading onto to 2 separate terraces, each measuring 10-15m2. The floor below has a large living room with TV and a separate WC. The 3 bedrooms are on the ground and first floors. One twin and 2 doubles. Each has its own private bathroom. Designed this way to allow the living areas to enjoy the best day light and terrace space. There is top quality equipment & elegant furnishings/decoration throughout. Like most townhouses in the historic centre of Uzes, the house is on 3 storeys so you need to be comfortable with climbing stairs! It's worth it to enjoy the morning and evening sunlight on the top floor terraces.

Elodie, who checked us in was a delight (during a historic heatwave she made an effort to come to the apartment before our arrival to turn the AC on). The check-in process was a breeze; the apartment is lovely and the city is adorable. What a great location to explore the area and I just wish we were able to stay longer.

Excellent property right in the heart of the town. Very helpful owner and check in staff who went the extra mile. We visited lots of places e.g Arles, aiguës-Morte and spent time in Uzes.

What a lovely home - carefully restored to provide modern conveniences whilst maintaining its historic charm. Split on 4 levels, there are quite a lot of stairs but this allows for families or bigger groups quite a bit of privacy whilst at home. We absolutely loved the kitchen on the top level with its large glass windows and terraces on both sides, with views over the roofs of Uzès. Delightful bakeries and restaurants are just down the street, and good parking is just a 5 min walk away. A perfect base for exploring Uzès and it’s fantastic Wednesday Saturday market, as well as for venturing further out into Provence. St Rémy de Provence, Arles, and Avignon are all easy day trips.
