About this house rental
Villa of 110 m2, with garden of nearly 600 m2, Uzès on foot, will welcome you all year round for 6 people.
Modern single storey house from 2006, with a garden and a 5m x 8m swimming pool facing south, all not overlooked.
An outdoor terrace with a large wrought iron table for 8 people with a view of the wooded garden and a barbecue available will also allow you to enjoy quiet moments.
A pétanque court behind the house completes the exterior of the villa.

A large, fully equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer section, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, double sink, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) with wooden table and 6 metal chairs / wooden seat.
Adjoining, a large living room with a wooden dining table to accommodate 8 guests and a TV lounge (large format) with large corner sofa, two chairs and coffee table will allow you to spend pleasant moments in family.
3 large, tastefully decorated bedrooms (sheets provided) with 160X200 beds, a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower (bath sheets and towels provided), a separate toilet with its small sink/washer main.
in front of the property numerous parking spaces are available, the whole is enclosed by a fence with shrubs, wooden fence on part of the property.
Please note: cleaning costs payable by the tenant upon departure payable at the end of the rental: €150 including tax/stay
