All the reviews pretty much tell you the negatives and positives. It is an old property and at the ocean so you have mold (back porch) and stuck screens. The garage lights were out. No paper towels but I brought some. The bed was comfortable, which is important. We were looking for a great location and enough room for 4 couples. This was perfect. It was my 70th birthday with all my children so I was very happy. We want to do this every year so that should tell you something! Moonstone Beach is magical!

Not great as had to problem solve water main shut off, 2 BR’s exterior slinging glass windows were seized. No direction for fireplace. Batteries on TV & VCR we expired. No house book! Fortunately the repair man came quickly & had a great attitude. Between him & my husband worked together to resolve issues. The house needs any kind of espresso appliance ( stove top or electric). Milk frothier & coffee grinder needed for those who need a good coffee before leaving the house. A bit dated used furnishings. Too many throw pillows & no place to store while using bed. No hand or Stand- up mixer at all. We are big time cookin’ people a Cordon Bleu’ graduate who had to bring cast iron skillet. Great access to any type of activity. Just felt like the house truly needed a fresh lift & update.
