About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 48 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 48 m² living room with lounge area (TV, sofa, armchairs) and dining room
- A kitchen opening onto the living area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), wardrobe
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A utility room
First floor:
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200), wardrobe
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps two), wardrobe
- Bathroom with bath, double washbasin and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: freezer, barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private heated 8m×4m swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September and secured by an electric shutter.
- A beautiful 300 m² enclosed and private garden (not overlooked)
- Two south-facing wooden terraces (20 m² and 30 m²), with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- An outdoor solar shower
The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Dinard 18T golf course 1 km away
- Surf and sailing school 500 m away
- Nearby attractions: St Malo, Dinard, Mont St Michel. Hiking region, GR 7 footpath
