Located near the wild coves, the Breton heathlands and the mythical GR34 trail, this house is a perfect starting point for exploring the natural jewels of the region: Cape Fréhel, Fort-La-Latte or the port of Erquy.This family home welcomes you with the following services:Ground floor:- A dining room for up to 10 people; - A large, friendly living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace and large library; - A closed kitchen, fully equipped: sink, 4 fire gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, kettle, as well as many accessories (cut-out board, utensils, stoves, pots, etc.); - A first bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190cm) and a small office; - A bathroom with shower, sink and towel rest; - Separate toilets; Upstairs:- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm); - A second bedroom, similar to the first, with a double bed (140x190cm) and a cot; - A third bedroom equipped with an individual bed (90x190cm), a baby bed and a desk; - A piece of water: W.C., basin and mirror; - One last room with three single beds (90x190 cm); - A bathroom: bath, toilet, sink and mirror; - A fully furnished terrace with a dining table for 10 people, umbrella and sun loungers; - Parking available on two reserved pitches in front of the house.- Charges included: bed linen, linen (towels and towels).- Wi-Fi access subject to 5G network coverage.-Including end-of-stay cleaning (subject to the conditions of the Agency's rules of procedure).Independent arrival is possible after 6 p.m. and during the closing days of the agency.
