Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming house in Saint-Alban, fully renovated, furnished and decorated in 2023 in harmonious colours. With a surface area of 150 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers and has a shared heated swimming pool as well as a spacious 2,000 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, everything is ready for your stay!

- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with 3-bin freezer, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle...

Outside area :
- Shared swimming pool (heated) 4×9 m, 1.50 m deep, open from April to October (dates not contractual). Open in winter on request at extra cost. The pool is protected by a cover that can be opened and an electric shutter for children's safety. The pool area is shared with the residents of the second house on the same property. Parties are not permitted.
