About this house rental
In the heart of the seaside resort, 1920's villa for 8 people, sea view, beach at 150 m.
Completely renovated in 2007, the villa faces south-west (superb sunsets), in a peaceful location on the heights of Val André.
The Val André beach stretches over 2.5 km of sand and is bordered by a 3 km promenade.
Semi-detached villa on one side.
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m2 fully fitted kitchen (central island) with lots of storage space, opening onto the 1st terrace of 18 m2 (large teak dining table) with a small sea view,
- A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, central vacuum),
- A large closet with wardrobe and storage,
- A toilet,
- A living room of 14 m2,
- A living room of 17 m2, equipped with a TV with WIFI internet access, a DVD player,
- From the living room, access to the second terrace of 17 m2 with sea view, overlooking a landscaped garden,
On the 1st floor:
- A 13 m2 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, sea view, satellite TV, 3 closets with wardrobes and drawers,
- A bedroom of 11 m2 with 2 90x190 beds (separated or joined), a wardrobe,
- A bathroom with shower and sink,
2nd floor:
- A room of 13 m2 with a 160x200 bed, sea view, 4 closets with wardrobes and drawers,
- A large bathroom with shower (massage jets), double washbasins, cupboard and WC.
On the top floor: a mezzanine.
On the garden level, 1-room apartment of 25 m2 including:
- A living room with kitchen area (fitted), sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player.
- A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a wardrobe,
- Shower / sink area (in bedroom),
- separate WC.
- 9 m2 terrace overlooking the garden.

This House is 5 Stars.
The near walk to the beach and the supermarket ( 3 Minutes), to the town and Restaurants (5 Minutes). We did stay in September `24 and it was very quite.
The House was very clean and the owner are very friendly and helpfull. It was very cold and they did everything that we could started the heating even a heating thing was broken. The only think is the separate little flat, there is a little nice kitchen with a Sofa, a little table and a separate door with the toilette, the shower and the washbasin on the bedside and you have to go outside to go up to the house. But for one Person is it Ok.
The House has lots of old wooden stairs but there are beautiful. The Bedrooms and the Bathrooms are all with wood on the floor. It has a nice Old Charme. The two Bedrooms have an nice big great view to the beach - great Sunset.
The second bathroom on the 1.floor is very smal it is not for a Big Person. But the second Bathroom ist very big with a Wellness shower.
We are so happy to found this house with his perfect owner. :-) Thanks Silvie and Laurant.

Perfect location, close to the beach, downtown and restaurants.
The house is equipped with everything you could need, spotless. We loved the access to the outdoor from the kitchen so we could enjoy our meals outside. The owners are most gracious and we would definitely stay there again.
