Set on five wooded acres just minutes from Ohio’s wine country, Locust Grove is a one-of-a-kind property designed for groups, retreats, and unforgettable gatherings. Whether you’re planning a girls’ weekend, an unforgettable holiday dinner, or a cozy winter escape, this A-frame cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion, comfort, and fun.

The Arrival
Guests arrive up the front steps and enter through the smart lock front door. A small foyer welcomes you in, but your eyes will instantly be drawn to the great room.
Soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the pond and fire pit area, flooding the space with natural light by day. At night, gather on the plush seating and enjoy movie marathons on the 85” TV or game nights and good conversations. A bookshelf with board game collection makes it easy to unplug and laugh together.

The Chef’s Kitchen & Dining
The expansive kitchen is truly a chef’s dream, featuring a professional Viking oven, blender, mixer, plenty of cookware, and every utensil you need to create meals big or small. A well-stocked coffee bar is perfect for early mornings, while cabinets are lined with wine glasses and dinnerware for group meals.
The open concept kitchen includes the dining area with seating for 10 between the dining table and bar seating — the ideal setup for holiday feasts, wine-paired dinners, or cozy brunches before heading out to nearby vineyards.

The MAIN FLOOR features three bedrooms:
• King Room (Bed 2) → A spacious vaulted king bedroom with decorative loft.
•. Queen Room (Bed 3) → A plush queen bedroom with views of the back wooded area. Blackout curtains.
• Twin Room (Bed 4) → A fun and flexible room with a twin bunk beds and a twin XL bed (3 total beds), plus a small desk for remote work.
All bedrooms include closets, hangers, fans, TVs with installed streaming services for guests to login, and full-length mirrors, and plenty of plugs for electronics.
The three bedrooms share a large double-vanity bathroom with a tile shower — plenty of space for everyone to get ready!

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the loft suite, which overlooks the grand two-story windows and pond area. This open space includes both a king bed and a twin trundle bed (sleeps 2 separately). The loft has its own private bathroom with tile shower, making it perfect for couples, siblings, or friends who want extra privacy.

Locust Grove was designed for gathering outdoors:
• Back Deck: Seating for 10. Six at a large dining table and 4 individual seats. Also included in this area is a large gas grill, corn hole, and a 6-person hot tub for starlit evenings or mid day refreshers.
• Side-Deck off kitchen: A more intimate space with seating for 6, perfect for morning coffee or quiet conversations. Amazing vibe with string lighting.
• Fire Pit: is in the front of the property with seating for 10 beside the pond — ideal for roasting marshmallows, storytelling, or simply enjoying your natural surroundings.
• Pond: While not swimmable, it’s fully stocked if you fancy fishing (at your own risk). Fishing gear is not provided, but a local corner store does sell bate if someone in your group wants to bring a pile. A fountain feature makes it especially tranquil for morning coffee.
• Hammock: Set near the pond, it’s the perfect place to sway under the trees with a glass of wine or a good book.
