About this house rental
This lakefront lodge sits just steps away from Lake Erie within the State Park area. Only a 5-minute drive to the famous “Strip” of Geneva on the Lake.
Wake up to stunning views and the sounds of waves crashing in the morning.
This has been a family-owned home for over 50 years that we continue to enjoy on the weekends and we would love to share it with your family. Events are welcome but must be approved in advance.
With many renovations this year, including new flooring and painting in several rooms, moderate kitchen updates and 10new Adirondack chairs and a solo stove, you and your family are sure to enjoy your stay.
The home comfortably sleeps 14 with a master bedroom on the first floor (Queen) and 2 bedrooms (2 Queens) and a dormitory upstairs. (3 Queen, 2 Twin).
Comes fully furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen ( use of 1 refrigerator)and service for at least 20+ as well as bedding and towels (both bath and beach towels) for more than 20. The home has 3 living areas and 2 dining areas. The living areas combined can comfortably seat 18 and the dining tables can seat at least 12. Also included are outdoor games, life jackets, a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Home comes with access to High-Speed Wi-Fi. There is sure to be everything you need to enjoy your family getaway.
Rate includes the use of 4 beds and towels for 8. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be added for groups over 8 people to cover the cost of laundering and cleaning.
*warning-there is about a 4-6 foot drop to the lake and there are no stairs. Get down to the water at your own risk. Use of neighbors stairs is prohibited.

I can't speak highly enough of this lake house. It has EVERYTHING you could need and more. It is so well maintained and decorated. The upstairs bunk room was pesrfect for all our guests while still having 2 private rooms as well. The yard and deck were perfect for corn hole, relaxing, and watching the water and sunsets. The host was gracious and checked in during our stay to make sure we had all we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location was beautiful. The only problem is there’s no bathroom upstairs so my sister and I had to sleep on the couches downstairs because the steps are so steep and small and we do a lot of up and down the stairs at night to go to the restroom because we’re old curmudgeons That probably should be clear in the descriptions, I could’ve just missed it. I don’t know everything else was great. We had a good time. My sister did end up cleaning out the windowsills and what not just because of course there’s gonna be bugs and stuff from having the windows open no big deal but the house didn’t have bugs or anything. There was bottled water, which was really nice. We brought some, but we ran out so we were able to use theirs. They also have lots of great things for younger people to use like fishing rods and stuff for the water. What not we were very relaxing and had a nice day

What an amazing place to stay. My teachers' book club loved everything about the home. We are hoping to book again for next year!

The house is exactly as advertised and even felt like there was more room than we expected. There are a lot of places to sleep and a lot of places to relax. Close to the GOTL strip but also a quaint location. Would definitely stay here again.
