Welcome to The Madison Lakehouse, one of the best vacation rentals on Lake Erie!
This is a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Spanish style home located on a unique triple lot with over 200 feet of lakefront property. The large property provides mature natural landscaping, tremendous privacy, and breathtaking lake views and sunsets!
The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect lake vacation. The large kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you could want to cook the perfect meal. The living room features a gas fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV with surround sound, and 2 sofas including 1 queen sleeper bed. The dining room seats 10 and boasts a perfect view of the lake through its large picture windows.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; including the Master bedroom, one guest bedroom and “Dorm” room. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The second upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with dresser conveniently located next to the 2nd floor full bath. The “Dorm” room has 3 full beds each with a twin trundle bed below and a TV with DVD player. Additionally, there is a first floor guest bedroom which has a queen size bed and is conveniently located next to the large first floor full bath featuring a stall shower, ceramic tile floor and granite countertop.
Enjoy the magnificent Lake Erie sunsets from the yard or the sun deck by the lake! There is plenty of outdoor seating (both dining and leisure), a propane gas grill and lots of yard space for any outdoor activities or games. The large private yard is great for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying picturesque views of the lake.
The house is within walking distance to Madison Township Park which includes a public beach, boat launch, full outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, children’s playground, ice cream shop and several restaurants and bars. There are also several local Wineries in the area including Debonne, Grand River Cellars, Ferrante and Laurentia to name a few plus 3 breweries and 18 covered bridges. You will also find Geneva State Park (with incredible beach) and Marina with fishing charters, Geneva On the Lake (Ohio's oldest resort town), restaurants, shopping, zip line course, escape room and golf courses all within a 15-minute drive.
Madison is just a little under an hour drive to downtown Cleveland with all the sporting events, Museums, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center, etc.

This is our second time at this property. We celebrated a family Thanksgiving and everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the property is amazing and we had everything we needed and more for Thanksgiving dinner available in the kitchen Laurie, our host is awesome and we will visit this property again and again.

The property was absolutely lovely and perfect size for the eight of us! Loved the dining room for big meals with everyone. Pet-friendly as well!Midgies were the only draw-back and I realize not able to control.

This house is PERFECT for a large group. The house is beautiful. The location is even better. The house was stocked with everything you would need. Our girls trip was perfect. We highly recommend this house and will be booking it next year.

Clean, spacious, generously equipped, cozy, spectacular view…those are just a few ways to describe this property. My sisters and I have stayed in many places over the years that were nice, but this lake house out does them all.
We all very much also appreciated the well appointed and maintained yard and the deck down by the water.
We all decided that this is THE place that we want to return to for local vacations in the future.
