About this house rental
Invite your friends and family to join you in this beautiful and comfortably restored 1890's family mansion. Enjoy all the historic features, along with the updated and modern amenities for this 5-star property. Relax on the screened porch, play games and cook out using the grill on the 1.2 acre shaded lawn, or curl up in one of the numerous window seats with a book from our library.
Guests have hosted dozens of events at our home such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, receptions, family reunions, friend weekends, church retreats, memorial services, and business meetings. All rentals include use of 1200-piece vintage china and crystal collections, table service, glassware, linens, table / chairs for 60 guests, kitchen, chafing dishes, etc. Service staff / cleaning staff available as needed for additional fee.

This property was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. We were ten siblings with some of the spouses - several were local and did not stay overnight. It was like a step back in time but with all the modern amenities. The owner was gracious and welcoming and we hope to be back next year!

The 8 of us gals had a wonderful stay here. Lisa has a very well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels etc. There was wood available for the fire pit and fire starters. While it was on a main road it was far enough away to be very quiet. Plenty of comfortable beds.

Very specious for the price. We had 9 adults for a reunion and had plenty of room. Host was the best.

We 100% recommend this rental!! We are now repeat visitors of this beautiful home and hope we’ll be back again. Staying here is really staying in a HOME. A warm, loving environment with arms wide open ready to host you to sleep and your friends or family to gather to celebrate. Our hosts, Lisa and Bill, were once again incredible communicators and made sure we had everything we needed to host family from near and far away for a family reunion over Memorial Day. This gives us a chance to gather and take a moment to be grateful for the family we were given. What a blessing! We had so much room to spread out to relax including a first floor bedroom that was ADA compliant for grandma who has some mobility issues. Upstairs the bedrooms were plentiful and we slept very comfortably. We loved the addition of the back deck since we last stayed. This added yet another gathering place. Can’t wait to see what comes next before we visit next time!!
