About this apartment rental
Come stay and relax in our chic modern apartment located in Marina Del Rey, California. Enjoy the sunny Golden State in the most luxurious way possible. You can still visit Los Angeles without having to stay in the heart of Los Angeles! Our two bedroom (three beds total) and two bath apartment is small enough to feel cozy but also large enough to feel like you can stretch out and relax. With our place, you can escape the craziness of the city to revel in the ocean. Use the kitchen to make your morning coffee and breakfast as you get ready for your day of adventures. End your day with a fresh bottle of local wine and food from the local farmers market. Look out the window and watch the sunset from our view that looks out onto the marina below or step out onto the balcony and breathe in the fresh salty air. Witness the calm blue water speckled with hundreds of boats below. The apartment is clean and bright to accompany a laid back California vibe. It is located near Mother’s Beach, which is an urban beach along the marina. Feel free to wander to a farmers market held every Saturday in the marina. Buy yourself a hand crafted souvenir, fresh food for dinner, or try food from local vendors. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located only a few blocks away from the apartment. Long Beach, Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach are all a short drive away. Stroll along miles of shoreline or make your way through crazy Los Angeles traffic. The list of activities to do in LA are endless. Hollywood, theme parks, beaches, museums, restaurants, clubs, and maybe a movie star sighting or two ;) If you want to escape back to the apartment you can enjoy watching television on a 50 inch flat screen equipped with Netflix and hundreds of channels. On a nice sunny day you can head down to the community pool below and start up the grill to have a barbecue. You can even use our community gym to make room for all the delicious local food you will be trying! Wash off your sandy shorts with our washer and dryer and feel free to use fresh towels. The kitchen is completely stocked and yours for the taking. Our home is your home! So get ready to feel and live like a local during your stay!

The place was great. Location was beautiful and close to the boardwalk as well as dog parks and the beach!

The property within a pretty good 10-15 minute walk to the center of Venice Beach Boardwalk. About 5 minute walk directly to the closest beach area. All kinds of restaurants and shops very close by. 15-20 drive to LAX.
The complex is very nice with pool and hot tub. We had a little confusion on the check in (getting keys and parking) but it all worked out. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The property was clean but had a few things that some would see as problems. There was a closet door that was off of the hinges. Both bed frames in the guest room were broken. There was no light in that room. Had to take a lamp out of the living room to put in there. The pictures in the profile show different furniture than was in the unit we were in. This unit was more plain than the profile showed. All of those issues were not a problem for us. Just be aware of that.

Our place was not available so we were notified 30 mins prior to checkin of this. Another partial completed unit was available. Dre did everything he could to make our stay decent. I just feel that we should have been notified that our unit was not available much sooner then 30 mins prior to check in.
