Large four-bedroom house situated in an enviable lakeside position, with a large garden and far-reaching views across the heathlands.
Entertaining is made easy with this contemporary, light-filled property, providing everything you need for a relaxing lakeside holiday in Dorset.
Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing construction in various phases. On Baxter's Rise and Shepperd's View, you will be able to see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team.
Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.

Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
